Art O'Connor knows bikes.

His racing career began before mountain bikes  had actual suspension. Skilled in the dirt, at cyclocross, and on the road, he's raced the classics with the greats. His take away? Endurance athletes are better when they are strong.

Do it right, then do it more.

Unlike some strength programs, Art focuses on technique first. Starting where you are, and progressing at your pace. It's not about speeding through sloppy reps, it's about doing things well so you stay healthy.

Strength training is the beginning.

 You still have your bike to ride, slopes to ski, or trails to run. Art's philosophy is that strength training adds to your bigger goals. Sure, strength can be the goal, but you probably want to play outside too. Get strong and still have the energy to do the things you really love.
